Dana M. Fadley

.........Dana Fadley is President of Health Search New
England.

.........Mr. Fadley has extensive healthcare administrative
experience. He has a diversified background encompassing
more than twenty years in healthcare administration.

.........Mr. Fadley began his healthcare career in the state of
New Hampshire, as a claims manager in a Health
Management Organization (HMO) in Nashua; he was the
Patient Accounts Manager at Wentworth-Douglas hospital
in Dover and then served as the Director of Patient Services
at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital in Salem. Once he
moved to Maine, he held the positions of Practice
Administrator of the physician subsidiary of Mayo Regional
Hospital in Dover-Foxcroft, then Practice Administrator of
DownEast Orthopedics in Bangor, and was most recently
the Vice President of Physician Services for Maine Coast
Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth. The Maine Coast Memorial
position required recruiting and managing physician
practices in specialties that included Primary Care
Dermatology, General Surgery, Obstetrics/Gynecology,
Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Rheumatology, and Urology.

.........Mr. Fadley's skills include physician employment
contracting, physician compensation, RVU (Relative Value
Unit) incentive bonus development and physician
recruitment.

.........Mr. Fadley is certified by The Healthcare Assembly
as a Physician Practice Manager and is an active member of
the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).

.........Mr. Fadley grew up in New Hampshire and
graduated from the University of New Hampshire. He has
lived in Maine since 1995. He has four children.
